Basic information about the open position
To support our Group initiatives, we are looking for a highly motivated HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER who will join our team in Belgrade. In this role you will take part in all major HR workstreams - administration & compliance, recruitment & selection, performance management, C&B and internal communication.
• Managing full cycle recruitment process – from candidate screening and headhunting to job offer
• Supporting managers & employees with performance management process and OKR’s setting and
defining
• Supporting managers with training plans creation, informing employees about L&D possibilities,
organizing external soft skills and professional training
• Supporting annual C&B activities (salary surveys & benchmarking)
• Managing onboarding and offboarding
• Managing HR administration – keeping employees’ personal records, preparing HR documentation
and maintaining HRIS
• Cooperating with external services partners in different fields: HSE, labor law, payroll, private
health insurance, etc.
• Take part in internal communication initiatives and monthly activities
• Creating various HR reports and data analytics, and dealing with various ad hoc HR requests
coming from business stakeholders
• Participating in company events/employee engagement activities organization
• Using feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives with the focus on internal
relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
• Experience in IT industry will be considered as an advantage
• Experience with BambooHR software would be considered as a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Reliable and independent individual with good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
