Due to the change in internal organization and significant expansion of our activities, we are looking for an experienced and innovative MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our team in Belgrade. Our new colleague will be in charge of implementing marketing campaigns and events organization, keeping in mind the company's goals on the one hand and the available co-marketing funds on the other.

Basic information about the open position

In order to support the expansion of our portfolio, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who will join our growing team in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforcement of brand awareness and sales marketing campaigns on different communication channels, while supporting them with the creation of necessary materials in all formats
  • Participation in planning and implementing internal and external marketing events per the plan and budget (conferences, seminars, fairs, workshops, etc.)
  • Creation of press releases, internal and external news as well as other educational texts
  • Monitoring competitors and vendors at the local and international levels and creating reports
  • Monitoring and controlling of the marketing budget and reporting
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Creating content and managing the company’s presence on social networks
  • Updating the company website, collecting materials, and creating educational articles
  • Management of the process of acquiring and maintaining vendor status through cooperation with the Technical and sales Sectors
  • Participation in creating the education plan for vendor’s exams and tracking the status of employees and licenses.
  • Management of activities related to the implementation of vendor co-marketing funds in accordance with plans, as well as the refund of funds
  • Production and distribution of promotional and printed materials
Required qualifications:
  • Relevant University degree (Marketing or Business related)
  • 3+ years of full-time marketing and communications experience
  • Experience in digital marketing is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience in social media platforms and CMS programs
  • Excellent organization skills and focus on details
  • Independence in making operational decisions and taking the initiative in daily work
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage
