Basic information about the open position
Due to the significant expansion of our activities, we are looking for a talented Senior Big Data Engineer who will join our team in Belgrade. Our future colleague is tech savvy and likes to be challenged with complex IT problems.
- Implementing and developing of Big Data solutions and components (Ceph, Apache Spark, Apache Flink, ElasticSearch, Kafka, NoSQL and RDBMS databases)
- Fine tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Spark job writing
- Scripting with Shell/Bash/Perl
- Using SQL procedures
- Preparing data for presentation
- Developing collection layer components and integration with data sources
- 5+ years of experience
- Active work with NoSQL and RDBMS databases
- Good knowledge of distributed systems
- Good knowledge of Python/Scala
- Good knowledge of spark
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS
- Shell Scripting
- Git
- NoSQL
