Strengthening the Service Assurance ecosystem for telecom operators

Mycom offers a broad portfolio of solutions for network performance monitoring, incident management, and customer experience analytics, already used by some of the world’s largest Tier-1 telecom operators. By combining these technologies with Ibis Solutions’ expertise in OSS/BSS implementation, system integration, and consulting services, our goal is to enable operators to accelerate the adoption of intelligent operational models and improve efficiency in managing their networks.

With delivery teams across Europe and expansion plans into Central Asia (CIS) and Africa, the collaboration between Mycom and Ibis Solutions will include reselling, implementation, and consulting services for communications service providers across these markets.
