Ibis Team Building 2025 – United in Wins and Memories

Team building at Ibis is not just an annual event – it’s an important part of our tradition. It’s a time when we strengthen our connections, build mutual trust, and nurture the values that drive us every day – both in and outside the workplace.

This year’s gathering at Silver Lake brought everything we love: hiking through nature, sports competitions, team games, challenges, constant laughter, and countless moments to remember. And most importantly – that lasting sense of belonging that inspires us, in the office and beyond.

We began our day in the unique setting near the Golubac Fortress, then set off on a hiking trail leading to one of the most stunning viewpoints overlooking the Danube and the fortress itself. And, as is often the case with us, countless spontaneous anecdotes and inside jokes were born along the way — the kind that will be retold for a long time to come.

After the hike and a refreshing break in nature, the day continued with a series of shared sports activities – dynamic, team-oriented, and fun.
Teams were formed, points were earned, and the competition was both intense and fair. The entire day was marked by a true spirit of sportsmanship, with cheering so loud it could be heard from across the lake.

Highlights included games like volleyball with a tarp, grass skiing, and other fun challenges that our teams tackled with genuine effort – and plenty of laughter.

Just when we thought the day had come to a close, a short break was followed by an unforgettable party. Music, laughter, and the kind of atmosphere only a real team can create — one that works well together and celebrates even better.

More than colleagues – we are a community!

Once again, our team building reminded us of what we nurture every day: We don’t just build teams — we build a community. A group of people who support, inspire, and grow together.

Because when the Ibis team comes together, one thing is certain: We win together, we laugh together, and we create memories together.
