On the waves of AI innovation: Ibis Solutions at the BizTopix conference in Portorož

The BizTopix conference, held in late November in Portorož, marked the return of one of the region’s most important technology events. This year, it brought together over 500 participants, solidifying its position as one of the leading professional forums in Slovenia. The conference served as a unique opportunity for experts and researchers in artificial intelligence (AI), security, infrastructure, and automation to share their knowledge, experiences, and future visions, fostering dialogue and the exchange of innovative ideas.

Sustainable modern technologies

The conference covered a variety of topics, with IBM experts and their partners presenting sustainable technological solutions. Attendees had the chance to explore current trends and gain valuable insights into tools that significantly streamline the implementation and optimization of business processes. BizTopix also provided an excellent networking opportunity, allowing participants to engage directly with IBM partners, exchange experiences, and receive advice on optimizing business operations. The partner booths were particularly prominent and well-attended, offering personalized information and specific technological solutions tailored to the participants’ needs.

Ibis OSI Solution – Proactively addressing issues with IBM technologies

Ibis Solutions introduced its Ibis OSI solution, based on IBM technologies, which serves as an advanced monitoring tool. Our presentation focused on how this solution can be used as a data source for AIOps predictive models. Milica Cvitkovac emphasized that these models leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, enabling proactive responses to changes in applications, infrastructure, or networks.

“Our goal was to demonstrate how our solution can enhance IT operations and business processes by identifying changes before they become problems”, said Milica while presenting the Ibis OSI solution.
